RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because we produce everything by hand and to order, returns and exchanges are a major inconvenience for our small business. Therefore, we ask that you read the product information carefully before placing your order. If you still have questions based on the information provided in the product description, you can send us a DM on Instagram or email info@mariamartre.com, and we will help you ensure you are purchasing the ideal product for you.

If you wish to make a return, it must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps:

Send an email to info@mariamartre.com specifying your order number, the item you wish to return, and, if you wish to exchange it for another item, the item you wish to exchange it for.
Shipping the item to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility and must be sent via certified mail. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and is confirmed to be in perfect condition, a refund or a new item will be sent at no additional cost.
Only one exchange will be accepted per order.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If, in exceptional cases, an item becomes out of stock after purchase, we will contact you immediately to offer a solution.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Due to our entirely manual process, it is especially rare for a product to be shipped in poor condition. However, if your order arrives defective, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution as quickly as possible.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

Bikini bottoms and underwear are exempt from any exchange or return for hygiene reasons. (Except for errors in our logistics, such as incorrect sizes or incorrect products.)
